On this page you will find the conditions for redeeming vouchers/coupons as part of discount and special promotions on blackfiretar.com
The following conditions apply to all vouchers & coupons on blackfiretar.com, unless otherwise stated.
Usability
- Each coupon as part of a special or discount promotion can only be used and redeemed once.
- Only one coupon can be used per order.
- Only one coupon can be used per customer per purchase.
- A combination with other promotions / vouchers is not possible.
- Cash payment or retroactive crediting of coupons to orders already placed is not possible.
- Coupons can only be used on blackfiretar.com for the products offered there.
- The resale of coupons is not permitted.
- Coupons cannot be transferred to another customer account.
- Coupons cannot be applied to shipping costs.
- Coupons cannot be used for books, magazines or to purchase gift vouchers.
- Discounted items are excluded from voucher promotions.
Validity
Coupons as part of a discount and special promotion expire in accordance with the promotion period stated and communicated in the blackfiretar.com webshop and in the newsletter and can only be redeemed during this limited period.
Return of articles
If you make use of your right of return, the reduced purchase price will be refunded. There is no entitlement to a refund or replacement of the coupon.
